Garlic Butter Shrimp β Ready in 15 Minutes!
Juicy plump shrimp tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with a hint of lemon and parsley. Quick, elegant, and absolutely delicious!

π Ingredients
- 500g (1 lb) large shrimp β peeled & deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic β minced
- Β½ lemon β juiced (about 2 tbsp)
- ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Β½ tsp salt & black pepper β to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley β chopped
- 1 tbsp white wine or chicken broth (optional)
- Lemon wedges & fresh parsley β for garnish
- Serve with: crusty bread, rice, or pasta

- Pat shrimp dry: Rinse shrimp and pat completely dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the shrimp: Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer β cook 1β2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce: Lower heat to medium. Add remaining butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant β don't let garlic burn.
- Deglaze: Pour in lemon juice and white wine/broth (if using). Simmer 1 minute until slightly reduced.
- Combine: Return shrimp to the pan. Toss to coat fully in the garlic butter sauce. Cook 1 more minute.
- Serve: Stir in fresh parsley. Garnish with lemon wedges and extra parsley. Serve immediately with crusty bread, rice, or pasta! π€β¨

- Don't overcook shrimp β they turn rubbery! 1β2 min per side is perfect
